With solid expertise in defining and implementing corporate strategies, I am committed to ensuring the sustainability, profitability and development of my client companies. As a seasoned team manager, I have successfully led various functions within the companies I have advised.

My role as Financial Analyst and Controlling Junior Manager enabled me to skilfully manage budgets in close collaboration with the CFOs. I also supervised key strategic projects, negotiated contracts and established successful partnerships. One of my most notable achievements was the development of a training center in collaboration with an educational engineer and local institutions, in addition to the elaboration of a specific strategy for an automotive mobility center involving several industry players.

As a consultant, I have been able to bring innovative ideas to the African and European automotive industry, effectively managing all aspects of projects and different startups, such as finance, legislation and partnerships.
