Description

The company Dipa Burda is one of the three French subsidiaries of the press group Burda International.

The company publishes around 250 magazines a year in 7 languages (FR, EN, ES, PT, NL, GR, DE, DK and SW). Dipa Burda publishes iconic titles within the sewing and yarn art range such as Burda Style.

As part of the development of the company's activity, Dipa Burda is required to manage numerous titles and versions of magazines. We are looking for a Dutch to Swedish Freelance translator.

Job description:

Translate from Dutch to Swedish the sewing instructions and all pages from our sewing magazines thanks to SDL Trados.

Qualifications:

- Native level of Swedish with a good knowledge of English.
- Sewing knowledge is mandatory to translate the technical instructions.
- Previous experience with a CAT tool is welcomed.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
- Good autonomy and computer skills. Previous experience with InDesign is a plus.
- Able to work within limited time constraints.
