Description

We are looking for an experimental and analytically minded growth marketer for the growth of our test user pool in London. You will help grow our pool of test users n the UK and later if you are good in Europe.

You will be responsible for:
Growth activities to increase our UK test user pool from 50K to 200K test users.
Quality improvement of the delivered test users from an average rating of [URL visible pour les membres Premium] to [URL visible pour les membres Premium] stars (each test user is evaluated individually by our customers for each test).
Ensuring the even distribution of demographic & geographical characteristics of the test users in our pool.
Planning and implementation of "growth experiment sprints" together with our product and development team.
Weekly analysis and reporting of your KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS
You are basically free to choose how you achieve your growth goals. However, the following skills are a must:
2+ years of practical SEO experience (Technical SEO, On-page Optimization, Off-page Link-building).
2+ years of practical online advertising experience (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Remarketing, job platforms, online communities).
Proven experience with online referral campaigns that achieved above-average results.
Number-driven, analytical thinking and experimental mindset.
Ideally you have worked in the UX research field.
Ideally you are familiar with online community marketing (Facebook / LinkedIn groups, online forums, etc.)
Ideally you have already worked in a growth team or a product marketing team
Native French is a must, fluent english a plus
Experience in B2B, Tech and / or Startups is a big plus.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial personality. You have strong organizational skills, integrity and are good at getting things done.
You're a naturally curious person.
